Running and walking in circles doesn’t always mean finishing where you started. The Dual Duel event features the classic 2-person 10-mile relay, a walking-only 10K relay, 1500m and 3000m track events, and a free Kids’ Run. Click here to register.
This year we’re adding a second day to our spring Hagg Lake event. May 4th is our 5K/10K/10.5 mile day on the road (click here) and May 5th we’re adding a Hagg Lake 25K trail run (click here) – which “should” be drier than our February Hagg Mud event.
Imagine running a beautiful, tree-lined course along the 21-mile Banks-Vernonia State Trail. Both events feature a gentle 7-mile, 400-foot downhill into Banks. Click here for info and registration.
Experience a unique combination of history, nature, and recreation on a Champoeg Park course through forests, fields, and wetlands. 10K/30K entrants complete one or multiple 10K loops. On Saturday, October 27, 2018, Recreational and competitive ultra-marathoners from all over the West enjoy this unique running experience. Red and yellow maples dominate the fall colors along the Willamette River course and neighboring Champoeg Park campsites (including Yurts) are popular with runners pre- and post-race. This scenic course starts and finishes in Blue Lake Park, offers views of the Columbia River, with a hot dog picnic afterward. In addition to our 5K and Half Marathon distances, we include a ½ mile Kids’ Run, making this another great family event.

These evening events feature a RRCA Championship Mile Race and the Dual Duel events: 2-person relays, solo 10K and a Kids’ Run. Coming on the evening of August 1st, 2018, is the ORRC Dual Duel relay and RRCA Oregon Championship Mile events.
For over a decade, we’ve hosted a free run to ORRC members on the 4th of July. Make this a family tradition and a great way to kick off your holiday picnic or barbecue. Costumes are welcome so don’t be afraid to show off your inner Uncle Sam. Includes ¼ mile Kids’ Run. This year our event will be chip-timed.
