ORRC owns race event equipment, some of which is available to rent (NOTE: Sound system, First aid kits and AEDs cannot be rented). We collect a security deposit and require a simple contract clarifying terms.

Race Director Handbook
Do you want to put on a race but don’t know how? Here is some information you might find helpful to help put on an event. ORRC is making this information available at no charge to any person or club who needs it.
This material is not all-inclusive but should help you get started. It also is not an official endorsement of any product, but simply includes a list of some resources that are available. We’ve covered the following topics:
- Deciding on a distance and course

Race Director Workshops
ORRC occasionally holds race director workshops, at low or no cost to the participants. We would love it if you might be inspired to consider serving as a co-director of our events, but there’s no obligation. All interested parties are welcome. Learn more at our RD Workshops page.
