Tuesday night workouts are experiencing some great changes with the 2018 New Year:
On January 2nd, a 40-person crowd turned out in the blistering cold and wind last Tuesday night at Catlin Gabel track, followed by beer and pizza on ORRC afterwards!
And, starting next Tuesday (1/9/18), this group will be joined by Laura Coyle, ORRC member and personal trainer, for five minutes of stretches and warm-up before hitting the track.
We are excited to have Laura join our Tuesday night family! Just one more way ORRC members volunteer their time and talents to help others best enjoy their ORRC experience.
